Maple Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Each Red Pepper Flakes, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cloves, and Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together with your hands. Mmmm meat hands.
  • Form meat into patties.
  • Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
