Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 heaping tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2 pinches Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Ground Cardamom
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Strongly Brewed Coffee

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients, except the vanilla and coffee, to a small sauce pan and place over medium heat.
  • Stir the ingredients until smooth, and heat for about 10 minutes. Do not let the mixture boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • With a strainer over another container (I use a Pyrex measuring cup), pour the liquid through the strainer. Use a spoon to stir and push the liquid through.
  • In a mug, pour in half the strained creamer and add about 2 oz of strong brewed coffee.
  • Sit back and enjoy!

Notes

Use as little or as much coffee as you like!
