In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and saute the onions and garlic, about 10 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine. Let simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
While the sauce simmers, run the zucchini through a spiralizer to create zoodles.
In a separate skillet on medium heat, add the spiralized zucchini and drizzle with olive oil. Toss the zucchini to evenly coat with the oil. Saute for about 10 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender.
